Oh yes, friends, the dynamic duo of Jessie G and Dan H will indeed be joined as man and wife in the summer months of this year. The actual wedding ceremony will be quite small and will take place at an undisclosed location and date prior to this party. Dan and Jessie both wanted to keep things small and simple for the wedding itself and so have taken steps to insure its quaintness. The party, about which this site is intended to inform you, is an attempt to keep things simple while involving many people in such a rare and joyous occasion.
So, is this a wedding party?
While the catalyst for this party is a wedding, the bride and groom both feel that this should be more of a general celebration of life. With this in mind, those attending this special event may be confused as to their role in participating in such an admittedly unorthodox gathering. Questions may arise such as: What do I wear? What will happen at this party? Should I bring a present? Will their be food? How formal is this? Are these people total hippies? It is our intention, within this blog, to fill in these gaps of understanding.
